So much cuteness!
I have been photographing big brother Cole since he was a bitty, bitty baby and this time I could definitely tell how he is growing up! These almost look like high school senior pictures!

Little Logan just turned two and is big into Thomas the Tank Engine, so of course we had to do a themed shoot at the old town train depot. So cute!

Crooks family
Reader warning: Long, long post.
A couple of weeks ago we had our dear friends, the Crooks family, come and stay with us for a few days. It was so fun to catch up with them (and their family has expanded by +2 since the last time we were together!) and of course, we had to do a photo shoot while they were here. We picked the most gorgeous summer evening on our farm. I have so many favorites of this session, it is really hard to narrow down, but here are a *few*

Grayson is four!
My boys have all had a superhero shoot at around four years old. I love my kids at every age, but I have a major sweet spot for four years old. We are (mostly) past the challenging attitudes of toddlerhood, and onto the wonders of "big-kid"-hood. They say and do the funniest things and can have you laughing one minute and picking your heart off the floor from sweetness the next. I think this shoot really showcases all of that...I love my four year old.
Gerken family
I have photographed this family several times (and the mama is a friend of mine) and they recently added to their family through the blessing of adoption. This mom and dad and big brother are THRILLED with their new baby and I think she is just beautiful!
