these are very dear friends of ours who are expecting their first baby soon! We are so excited for them! To say that you know someone will be a great parent is sort of a generic thing, but with these two, I am conviced that it is absolutely true! I cannot wait to watch them fall in love with their little one.

This year, I have been doing an advent tree with my children for the Christmas season. It has really helped me to slow down and focus on the reason for the season!
Yesterday, as part of our advent activities, we made some sugar cookies together.
